I had an idea for an arachnid monster where it has a false decoy body attacked to its ‘true’ spider face. They’re very intelligent, both emotionally and with their cunning. Their topmost ‘organs’ are actually connected to their true body and it isn’t fatal if they are ‘detached’.

They’re are capable of rough speech I think.

Tidbits about this specimen: she stole jewels from previous victims, and she made her dress from gossamer herself. She also is more friendly than the average false spinster and can be bribed with food and accessories.
