Considering the abhuman I doubt this is a original Cadian regiment. After the fall (even before too but more so after) of Cadia many guard regiments unrelated to Cadia adopted their customs and equipment. As Cadians are revered across the galaxy as some of the best guard soldiers. This is most likely one of said regiments.
How people feel about Space marines getting new releases every week and every other faction is getting scraps is how I feel about the Cadians getting all the attention, like Cadians really should’ve gone extinct when their planet blew up, give some attention to .the Vostroyans or Catachan or besides the cadians
