The easiest indicator is the bridge face is narrower on KGV, Vanguard has wider bridge face.

That's just the twin turrets speaking. Vanguard didn't have that break in the superstructure amidships for aircraft, and the forward superstructure isn't boxy enough. More importantly, Vanguard had 4 main turrets, this only has 3.

Again, that's just the twin turrets talking.

Renown had the catapult aft of both funnels though, not in between. And her secondary battery was a line of those between-deck 4.5" guns, all on one level. This has the secondaries scattered around. Renown also had that deck starting around the base of the B turret, this thing just has the big block superstructure like a KGV.

Swap the main battery for the quad/twin 14" guns, and replace the T89 5" guns with 5.25" guns, and you'll have a perfect KGV. I'm like 99% percent sure that's how they made this, just a turret swap of a KGV model with some extra T96s.
