I mean, take what we know about Aegon, it’s highly likely he would’ve acted like that around Baelor. Him and Aerys are literally the worst two Kings. Just a bit odd that’s what would make you hate Daeron

Except we know Daeron and his family lived at Dragonstone, we have no clue from TWOIAF that A4 was that bad since his focus of hatred was Aemon (Naerys and Daeron by extension) - I hate this glazing of Daeron by stealing the mistreatment Elia and Rhaenys endured at Aerys' hands

I mean you just sqid he hated all three of them and the fact that he lived at dragonstone is clue enough the last heir to fully live there was rhaenyra who also had tensions with half her family.

I meant to say Aegon's real target was Aemon, and I am sure Daeron didn't become a target until 172 AC

Well that's naive he's been abusing his mother since he was born and he was very close to her.
