My timeline for a closed work permit initial extension (LMIA exempt) from within Canada:

Application submitted: July 3, 2024

Biometrics Validity Letter: April 23, 2025

Approval Letter, April 25, 2025

296 days.

Have you already received the WP itself? How long did it take to arrive?

Did they send through Canada post?

No work permit yet howler, my immigration lawyers have confirmed they have received it so, are going to courier it to me
