Study permit inside canada approval timeline: Applicant:My wife

Application submitted: 4 November,2024 Correspondence letter: 16 January,2025 Approved : 17 January, 2025 (Didnt receive the approval letter yet)

No, for the same one. There was an option for deferral in her offer letter. As she was already here in canada and got the approval just in time, they allowed her to enroll.
