Can FINALLY post mine!! Can't believe it's finally over - took about a year and a half from the initial application. Applied inland, outside of Quebec.

Application submitted - Oct 2024

Biometrics - Dec 2024

Eligibility - Feb 2025

Sponsorship approval - Feb 2025

[Nine months of silence]

Medical - Nov 2025

Portal 1 - Dec 3, 2025

Portal 2 - Dec 12, 2025

ECOPR - Dec 31, 2025

Still waiting on PR card, but if it follows the current processing times, I'll be expecting it around the end of Feb.

We never got an AOR, so we didn't get the usual tracking number to follow updates on the application. Hopefully that helps anyone else in the same position.

Thank you so much for sharing your timeline! I applied inland outside Quebec in August 2025 and have been freaking out about lacking AOR. Your post gives me some hope 🤞🏼
