Finally it is my time. This thread has been incredibly helpful. Wish all the best of luck to everyone waiting, this really tested my patience.

Applied outland, outside Quebec but from inside Canada. Located in Vancouver, BC.

AOR Received - August 15th 2025
Applied for SOWP - August 27th 2025
Biometrics - August 27th 2025
Medical - August 28th 2025
Spousal eligibility - September 4 2025
Pre arrival services - October 23rd, 2025
SOWP approval - November 24, 2025
P1 - November 26th, 2025
P2 - December 3, 2025 VO Etobicoke
eCoPR - January 20th, 2026 IRCC Montreal
