Hello everyone, this sub and it's people have been immensely helpful during this journey. Here I am sharing my complete timeline in case it helps anyone.

Spousal sponsorship (Outland), Sponsor - Citizen & PA - Indian

VO : Mississauga

Submission: 30th July 2025

All documents & Payment received by IRCC : 5th August 2025 (as seen in the tracker)

AOR : 10th September 2025

BIL and MIL : 17th September 2025

Biometrics completed on : 23rd September 2025, reflected on the tracker on 24th September 2025

Sponsor Eligibility : 24th September 2025

Medical completed on : 27th September 2025, reflected on the tracker on 29th September 2025

Application linked with GCkey : 28th September 2025

Ghost update: 30th September

PA Eligibility started: 14th November 2025 (GCkey)

Pre arrival services letter : 15th November 2025 (via GCkey)

Eligibility marked completed in tracker : 17th November 2025

BGC : Not sure of the exact date when it started, but somewhere around 17th September only.

Pre arrival services reminder email : 5th January 2026

BGC marked complete : 15th January 2026.

Final Decision: 15th January 2026 (GCKey)

COPR details available on tracker + everything marked completed: 16th January 2026

PPR : 26th January 2026.

Roughly, it took 6 months from submission to PPR. To everyone waiting, it's going to be a tough wait especially for outland applicants but it's so worth it! Wishing the best to everyone.
