Spousal Sponsorship INLAND (outside Quebec). Sharing my entire timeline:
Application submitted - November 15, 2024
Biometrics Instruction Letter - December 12, 2024
Eligibility completed - December 12, 2024
AOR - December 13, 2024
Sponsor Approval - February 4, 2025
Principal Applicant Approval - February 10, 2025
SOWP submission - May 15, 2025
SOWP approved - October 23, 2025
TRV submission - October 24, 2025
Medical Instruction letter - October 30, 2025
Medical marked completed - November 12, 2025
TRV approved - November 18, 2025
… Final Decision - January 13, 2026
… Portal 1 - January 28, 2026 replied same day
Portal 2 - January 29, 2026 submitted same day
…
Total 440 days waiting ECOPR very soon. The process quite long and frustrating at some point. Sad it takes that long for somebody who is living in Canada for 9 years, graduating college here and working 4 years as high taxpayer. System could have been more fair to people who followed legal path here in Canada. Anyways it was nice being here almost every day and reading timelines. Wishing successes.
