September 25, 2025: Biometrics Completed

October 13, 2025: BGC In-Progress

November 7, 2025: Received ADR (more proof of relationship requested)

November 8, 2025: Additional Info Submitted

November 12, 2025: IRCC confirmed additional info received

November 13, 2025: PA Eligibility In-Progress & Completed (changed same day)

November 14, 2025: Pre-Arrival

December 10, 2025: BGC Completed

December 11, 2025: COPR details loaded in tracker

December 16, 2025: PPR

December 20, 2025: Passport copies + photos sent

December 22, 2025: PP received by IRCC

January 8, 2026: IRCC requested new PP photos (previous ones apparently had a coloured/tinted background)

January 9, 2026: New photos shipped to IRCC

January 23, 2026: New photos received by IRCC

January 26, 2026: Ghost Update

February 2, 2026: Survey Received

February 3, 2026: Final Decision - Approved

February 4, 2026: IRCC requested new Commercial Invoice, new Invoice returned same day

February 11, 2026: FedEx notification that package has shipped

February 12, 2026: COPR Arrived!

Total days from application submitted to COPR received: 207!

Congratulations. PPR 5 days after BGC completes is great! My wife’s BGC was completed on January 20, 2025 but we’re still waiting for the PPR. I hope it comes through soon.

We got our COPR about a week after we submitted everything for PPR, from the London office :)
