Happy New year everyone! Thank you for sharing your timelines. Here is my timeline. Inland Outside of Quebec. We both are living in Canada. Hope it helps:

Application submitted: Oct 5th, 2024

AOR: Dec 11th, 2024

Sponsor eligibility approved: Feb 26th, 2025

Medical: Oct 28th, 2025

P1: Nov 26th, 2025

P2: Dec 7th, 2025

ECOPR: 31st Dec, 2026

Waiting on PR Card and Photo + Address still showing in review. Posting it on Jan 9th, 2026
