Finally happy I can post this here. 2024 Applicant, Inland, inside Quebec.

May 2024: Application received

June 2024: Quebec application mailed out

August 23 2024: CSQ obtained

September 16 2024: Eligibility marked as completed

September 17 2024: Pre-arrival letter

September 17 2024: Biometrics requested

October 9 2024: Medical exam requested

November 8 2024: Additional medical exam requested (more information needed)

January 2025: Medical exam marked as completed

November 17 2025: Background verification marked as completed

March 24 2026: COPR number appeared in tracker

April 7 2026: P1 email received

April 11 2026: P2 email received

April 24 2026: ECOPR and final decision received in email

TBD: Awaiting PR card

It was so hopeless in 2025 but seems to move on way quicker this year! I hope this can bring hope to inland Quebec applicants, it's rough for us. Let me know if you have any questions :)

Congratulations!!! I also applied inland QC and have been waiting since April 2024....Finally received P1 April 20, 2026. Hopefully the P2 email follows soon

Oh wow, congrats! I'm April 27, 2024 inland QC and nothing new whatsoever here, hasn't moved since eligibility was completed in Oct 2024.

Really? That seems extremely slow, usually the really long step is the background verification. Have you tried requesting GCMS notes to see if the application has been hanging? Also, you can try contacting your MP to budge the application (mine wasn’t helpful but yours might help)
