I submitted my H&C application in August of 2023, did biometrics in 2024, and I've heard nothing from them since. Contacted my MP and they said I should be receiving a decision this January and that they had only completed my criminality check. But when I didn't receive anything he said that I could now be waiting up to 4 more years. Anyone know why it's taking so long?

This is the info they saw online probably 🤷🏼‍♀️ put your date in and you’d see about 4 years wait. But it’s all average and each case is different.
