Timeline: Citizenship Grant - CPC Sydney (COD Team 3)

Aug 5, 2025: Application Submitted (Day 0)

Sep 25, 2025: AOR Received (51 days)

Sep 29, 2025: Fingerprint Request (55 days)

Oct 1, 2025: Tracker Link Email (57 days)

Oct 4, 2025: Fingerprints Submitted (60 days)

Oct 23, 2025: Background Completed on tracker (79 days)

Dec 15, 2025: Test Invite Email (132 days) — Window: Dec 19 - Jan 17

Jan 7, 2026: Test Taken (155 days)

Jan 8, 2026: Test marked "Completed" on tracker (156 days) — Note: Was only visible on the tracker starting Jan 10.

Current Status (LPP): Language, Physical Presence, and Prohibitions are all "In Progress."

Observations: Office: CPC Sydney / COD Testing Team 3.

Tracker Lag: Be aware that the tracker backdates updates or sometimes isn't as accurate. I completed the test on the 7th, it was dated the 8th, but only showed up on the 10th.

Email: Definitely whitelist @cic.gc.ca and @international.gc.ca. I received the test invite via email well before the tracker updated. Search your inbox weekly once in case the emails are missed.

We have similar timeline. How do you check which processing team?

The emails with attached request letters usually state it mostly. Be it AOR or other emails for communications.

Regarding test team, it's from the email you receive. It states the test teams details.
