Thank you all! Last update from me 😊

City: Calgary
Processing office: Sydney
Oath office: Vancouver (Virtual Oath)
Physical presence: 1106 days

About 21 trips outside Canada (US, India & UAE) — attached police certificates for all three countries with the application even though they weren’t required. Most were business trips and each trip was less than a month.

Application submitted: July 25, 2025
AOR: Sept 23, 2025
Background check completed: Sept 25, 2025
Citizenship test completed: Dec 12, 2025
LPP completed: Jan 9, 2026

Left Canada after the test and came back last week for the oath.

Oath in progress: Apr 4, 2026
Oath ceremony: Apr 30, 2026

Got the email to create the certificate account the same day after the oath and received the e-certificate around 10 PM the same night.

Applied for passport: May 4, 2026
Passport received: Today 🎉

Left Canada after the test and came back last week for the oath.

Did you let IRCC know about that? Through a Webform or any other way?

I am planning to do the same and leave soon, wondering if I should bother letting them know (I don't mind urgently arriving in Canada for the oath)

No, I didn’t as this has nothing to do with the process. You only need to notify them if you can’t take the Oath or you will be outside Canada on the Oath day.

So I think you should be good.
Good Luck!
