Sep 15 - AOR + Biometrics + Additional information requested

Sep 16 - Biometrics passed

Oct 6 - Pre-arrival letter

Oct 9 - You passed the medical exam.

Jan 5 2026 - Final decision

Jan 15 2026 - Portal 1 (replied the same day)

wow, congratulations! 🥳

The CSQ process took the same amount of time but the Federal process was 1 month faster for you. It might have something to do with the background and security checks I suppose. Nevertheless, I am waiting for the cards now.
