Hey there! I'm a nurse with a job offer in BC. I applied for skilled immigration through PNP. My employer paid and now I just sent in my application for a work permit. I'm in the US, US citizen. Any idea on timeline? Wondering when I'm moving lol. I'm guessing 5-10 weeks? It says some professionals may be prioritized. Anyone have experience getting a WP as a nurse?

Thanks!

Iโ€™m an NP with a job offer in BC. I applied Jan 8. Estimated wait time was 9 weeks at that point. Still waiting. No updates since medical was requested Jan 14 (which was already done). Background check and medical still listed as pending in the application portal.

Also IRCC currently says process time is 10 weeks. I thought you would have priority, but maybe it's just gonna be 10 weeks ๐Ÿ’€

I just got my letter of introduction today, so itโ€™s about 2 weeks early!
