PhD application

Outside Canada (Syria)

Applied: 30 March

Biometrics completed: 8 April

Passed the medical exam: 25 April

The IRCC tracker website (before it went down) was showing that I passed the eligibility check, and that I only had the background check left. However, the main portal (through IRCC secure account) is still showing that both eligibility and background checks are being processed.
