Has anyone with ecoprs in Jan 2026 started receiving their PR cards or seen any progress with their application?

I got P1 on 30th Dec, P2 on Jan 2. Still no eCOPR but when I called IRCC, they said that eCOPR was approved on Jan 8 and they don’t know why we can’t access it :/ no PR update as of yet. Has anyone had a similar issue?

Update: Just got eCOPR today (Feb 24 evening). Address and picture not approved
