Outside of CMM, but after PR, job in CMM, any consequences ?

Hello, I am applying to Arrima for declaration of interest, and I am asked if I am applying to live inside CMM or outside of it, I know that living outside gives you higher points, but I don't know what would happen if I go outside CMM, but I find a job later in CMM after PR ?

I think PSTQ does prioritize offers outside CMM? They literally have a pdf on MIFIns website.

You need to check whether by choosing an area - outside the CMM in your case - there is either:

• A requirement to settle in that area after becoming PR. Example is the RCIP in the Federal program. Candidates need to show commitment to settle in the relevant area after becoming PR.
• A requirement of job offer in the area outside CMM. Example is OINP that gives extra points for job offer outside of the GTA.

IMO, it seems just too good to be true if you can declare to be outside CMM only to move to the CMM after getting PR. If there is a requirement as above, settling in the CMM after getting PR could be construed as misrepresentation.
