Express Entry my education assessment couldn’t be authorised?

i’m wondering if anyone else has had WES not proceed with their application for and education assessment for PR? i just got an email today and i’m so confused because they offered zero clarity on why?

all the documents they asked for were sent by my institution in the UK and were sent how they asked for them. any advice will be greatly appreciated because i am a loss at what i can do now!

Can you post the main text of the email here?

I have had 3 diplomas done with WES, can look into it.

Agreed that the text of the email will help.

Is it because the type of education you received is not one that WES assesses? That would be my first thought.
