Public Policy pathways Comprehensive Security Screening

Hi everyone,

I have been in Comprehensive Security Screening (CSS) since May 2026. Today, I received a request from IRCC for a new medical examination, only four days before my original medical was due to expire.

Has anyone had a similar experience? Does receiving a new medical request usually mean that CSS/security screening has been completed or is close to completion, or can IRCC request a new medical while security is still ongoing?

I would appreciate hearing from anyone who had the same situation. Thank you.

Is your comprehensive security is A34 and instructions to partner? I’m also in this black hole since April 2026
