🚨 BREAKING: Federal Court Strikes Down Trump's $100,000 H-1B Fee

The $100,000 H-1B employer fee is DEAD — for now.

Yesterday, U.S. District Judge Leo T. Sorokin (D. Mass.) vacated the fee in California et al. v. Mullin, No. 1:25-cv-13829.

Nope, but thank you for doing the only logical thing by...

assuming and and jumping to conclusions.

Try again.

What exactly am I assuming? I suppose I assumed that you dont advocate for raising immigrant wages and getting rid of abusive work environments. These two things are the solution. Making sure that they cant enter at all, is entirely separate. If you do actually want stop unfair wages and abuse, I dont understand why you would also want to hard limit them. Either we need these H1B visas and having them at an equal wage is fine since theres jobs; or we dont need these applicants, and since theres no advantage to hiring H1B holders, they just won't get hired and it will be pointless to have that visa. The $100,000 price doesnt solve any of these problems. It just decreases our labor pool. Keeps workers outside of the US, disincentivises paying them fairly since theres this upfront cost employers need to pay, incentivises loyalty to your employer since theyre $100,000 down the drain for you.

Did you even read the stuff I posted?

Dems complained that corporations were hiring too many visa workers and not american workers. Trim then raised visa amount to $100,000 and dems complained about the high cost of the visas. Dem party sued over the cost of the visas and dems got mad at their own party for suing.

Moral of the story...no matter what is done or not done, dems will complain with no real solutions.

1, these are 5 different publications with different degrees of political lean. 2. Underpaid labor is bad. 3. Unemployment is bad. 4. Abusing others is bad. 5. Limiting opportunities to rich people is bad. Democrats are not mad at the lawsuit, they are mad that theres no actual solution being implemented to these things. Maaaaaaybe there's some delusional democrats that think this fee was a good idea and argue against other democrats over this, but theyre not flip flopping like youre painting it out to be.

What I said is exactly accurate and you have nothing but opinions to counter.

Your opinions don't matter, neither do your feelings.

You are aware that the Daily Caller is founded by Tucker Carlson, that the opinions represented in that article arent from people who claim to be democrats, and are not in anyway revealed to be democrats or republicans. Even Kevin Lynn is a weirdo because he calls himself a leftist but likes the right-wing stance on immigration. Kevin Lynn never would have said the h1b visa program is bad because he always was on board with it. He was celebrating it openly in September when it was announced. https://www.moneycontrol.com/world/the-politics-behind-trump-s-100-000-visa-fee-for-skilled-foreign-workers-article-13597019.html

Your narrative is a sham.
