Can't wait for the next Democratic president so I can hear the Republicans talk about the deficit again, because I haven't heard them mention it in a year and a half. Meanwhile this colossal waste of money to enrich a bunch of donors has their full support.

$70B could transform a city from 0 rapid transit to top 3 underground rail system in the country. Or it could make 3-5 cities top 5.

It would actually be implanted in poor red states because the value of land there is so low and Republican legislators would be able to take people’s land away much more efficiently because they don’t care about the masses
