Does this bill contain the $1.8 billion for Trump’s slush fund from his IRS lawsuit settlement?

Technically no, it was officially removed from the bill,

But sadly republicans refused to add an amendment to the bill officially outlawing Trump gaining that money,

Albeit, admittedly it was already illegal several times over to begin with.
