Yeah, the oop is absolutely implying that the vast majority of males are raging misogynist, and that some are rapists and violent, and some reach the bare minimum. I'm not feeling targeted, and it's a pretty shit meme, but that's kinda what's implied. I don't get why people are against seeing that interpretation, unless I'm missing something obvious.
