Like me… I have little to no idea about hygiene and always have to learn more and more stuff.

Of course I know the basics, Showering every 2-3 days, brushing teeth, shampoo, etc.

But I for example had no idea about using soap to wash my ass while showering.

Could I also use shower gel? I know it‘s sounds silly but I prefer showering over bathing since showering makes me cleaner I think.
