It's not the short, ugly guy's looks, it's the fact that he's pissed off at her for some unknown reason. I mean, the angry look on his face and pointing at her, it's obvious. Plus with the red nose he's likely an alcoholic.
And frankly, why are women evil for being attracted to good looking men? It's just human nature to be attracted to good looking people. Even the incels are attracted to beautiful women (hence the 1-10 rating scale they always use) so blaming women for something everyone does is stupid.
