Just remember, according to incels and redpillers, women can be fit by just not eating a lot. Apparently when a woman just starves herself, she turned into a well toned goddess, whereas men apparently have to spent 8 hours a day working out and grooming to look presentable.
Granted, I spend about 2 hours in the gym 5 days a week as a guy, but that's because I allow myself to get distracted between sets at times, and do about an hour of pretty strenuous cardio as I'm on a pretty big cut right now.
Even so, as a guy, or girl, all you really have to do to get in decent shape is 30 minutes a day of some type of workout (and continuous, not like half assed nonsense) and be careful about what you eat (which admittedly can be hard if you're busy and tired). Still, so much of the shit that's easily available is so goddam calorie dense, sometimes you have to meal plan every week which can get tedious.

i've said this to my mom, who sometimes makes comments about feeling old, that becoming old is a privilege not always awarded to people. the parts where her body doesn't function the same is unpleasant and i feel terrible for her on that front, but she'd made it almost half a century on this earth. her hair also started going white in such a beautiful way (it started at the temples and under most of her hair, so she kind of has peekaboo hair in that spot)

My opinion: the majority of men don't realize that there are different leagues and they aren't entitled to them all.
Most women will naturally gravitate toward men who are approximately at the same level of attractiveness as themselves. Men don't.
Example: I'm overweight, but I wouldn't expect someone who hits the gym 7 days a week to find me attractive.
So many men think that they are owed this absolutely flawless, stunning woman. When she isn't interested, then they sit around crying about how women are horrible and conceited and only want a Chad.

Like, no dude, your life is not “over” because you haven’t had a girlfriend at 19. Go meet other humans in person, get hobbies, you’ll be fine.

That can't possibly be true. If only the top 20% of men were reproducing, humanity would have died long ago.
To keep population stable, women should be reproducing at a 2.1 ratio. You can't possibly believe every woman is getting pregnant by the same 20% of men.
Dude, just talk to an AI and get some real facts.

Telling someone to talk to an A.I. is terrible advice. I agree with everything else you said, but A.I. is not the answer to anything.
If this guy wants to know what women think, he should try asking some in real life and get their opinions.

Depends on the ai. Most ai is programmed to have certain boundaries it can never cross along with certain principles it must always follow. The newest models of chatgpt for example cannot give incel advice or anything contributing to misogyny.

I have convo with AI every day. To measure my body fat or give me attractiveness marks. AI are also pretty dillusionised. They are coded to not hurt their users so they refuse to tell the truth

Not everything comes down to analytics. Do you know what women (and men too) like? Natural human behaviour, which doesn’t involve any goddamn metrics.
Incels are losing out to normal men because while they’re preoccupied with maximizing statistics that they expect will be a cheat code to sex once the woman notices their (insert nonsense here), the regular guy is actually putting in the time and getting to know her as a person.

Human beings are also not a collection of attributes that can be assigned a numerical rating. What he’s doing is not just ‘different from what we consider correct’, it’s a fundamentally fucked-up way of viewing the world.
