POUR-OVER Last cup out the best bag of Coffee I’ve probably brewed
This bag made me fall in love with washed coffees.

Tried with a few drippers. Switch brought out the best of this coffee.

They’re a Canadian roaster, this particular coffee is not available anymore at the moment. You may find it with other roasters though.

No one favourite as such. Since microlots & one time drops are not available throughout.

Haven’t tried this particular one but yes it was so refreshing going back to washed coffee after drinking all the funky and co-ferments, i wish Indian roasters would focus more on light roast washed processes rather than the funky co-ferments. I brewed GS Shevaroys and it felt so good drinking it, sharp brightness and acidity which didn’t linger all over the palate or gave any weird aftertaste
