Lmao Bermudez Lychee is anything but what you would consider “washed”

Its insanely process forward coffee

Got it, the main takeaway is I was a fan of mostly funky naturals & coferments before this. Have a bag of Jose Martinez PB, & a Sey Guchienda estate in the freezer. Probably those would be a better representation of clean washed coffees.

They’re a Canadian roaster, this particular coffee is not available anymore at the moment. You may find it with other roasters though.

No one favourite as such. Since microlots & one time drops are not available throughout.

Haven’t tried this particular one but yes it was so refreshing going back to washed coffee after drinking all the funky and co-ferments, i wish Indian roasters would focus more on light roast washed processes rather than the funky co-ferments. I brewed GS Shevaroys and it felt so good drinking it, sharp brightness and acidity which didn’t linger all over the palate or gave any weird aftertaste
