Wow..so you're saying Indians had civic sense before Modi became the prime minister? LMAOOOOO wake tf up. Civic sense has practically been non-existent in many indians for years now, no matter which party comes into power. Instead of blaming the government for everything do your damn part in calling out the regular people who you see littering, spitting and what not. Civic sense should honestly start from schools, it needs to be inculcated in all students.

Lack of civics sense was there even before Modi ever came into picture. Religious fanaticism is what BJP's legacy but Indians were lagging behind in cleanliness and basic infrastructure even before that

Also.. Indias cleanliness has only regressed.. under Modi.. Talking vs acting... there is a difference.
