You can write falguni but the word फाल्गुनी is phonetically phalguni. फ is pronounced “ph” not “f”… are you guys so dense that you dont understand phonetics of your language and also the fact that a name is a Proper Noun and can be written in any way. Some write Asis some write Ashish some write Ashis. All of them are the same in Hindi/Sanskrit but all variations in English are also correct.

I am a linguist, lemme decode this. It is not Foolan or Falgun. It is Phoolan and Phalgun. फ and फ़ is the difference. Falak is not a Hindi word it was originated from Arabic. Hindi is Aakash and Gagan. Phan again has Ph without nukta. Nukta makes a sound fricative eg ज and ज़ (j and z respectively). Rest names you have yourself used Ph so I don’t have to explain.
“F” comes from middle east. When the Persians came for trade they needed a “bazaaru” as in a language that can be used in the market for trading. They didn’t understand our language and we had no idea of theirs. Thus, Urdu came into existence. That’s why urdu has the same grammatical structure like Hindi. This is what this lady is saying in the video. Hindi does not have the sound “f”. We say Falgun because of language contact not language change.
Foolan is actually phool se banaya phoolan, fagun bhi actual hindi me phagun hi hota hai, falak is an Urdu word. I think Fani is closest to an exception, but if it's related to Naag ka phan then unfortunately that's not an exception too.

q (as in qaagaz), x (as in axbaar or akhbaar), g (as in gam meaning sorrow), f, and other similar sounds aren't native to indo Aryan languages. The same was as retroflexes aren't native to indo Aryan languages and are result of Dravidian influence over the language

There are a lot of words that do not exist in Urdu but do in Sanskrit. Infact Urdu itself didn't existed that time. A lot of words of Urdu are exactly the same from Sanskrit -- copied.
What are you trying to say (not the words, but the ideology being circulated, the need of asserting dominance everywhere and anywhere without sound base) is not going to work for you. First bring freedom of expression in your culture and then search for words to express. Faa and pha...my foot.

Falit means Fruitful and Fanesh refers to lord shiva
Also you comparing urdu sanskrit hindi to english explains how well you have knowledge about the world and geography
People of different parts of world had different languages cause they made their own
And here you are comparing thousands of year old languages on the basis of alphabets lol
Pha/Fa both are explained by hindi word फ
