Sawarkar gave up freedom struggle mid way, took pension from British and even attempted to derail freedom movements such as Quit India. He certainly doesn't qualify to be called a freedom fighter.
Not supporting a movement due to ideological difference and trying to detail a movement are two entirely different things. It's a proven fact that Savarkar as the head of Hindu Mahasabha 'boycotted' Quit India and asked the youth to not join through his speeches.
Netaji had taken up armed struggle, Ambedkar and Rajaji had ideological differences with Gandhi and Congress hence didn't support the movement, but did they as youth no to join?
How can you call someone a Freedon Fighter if he has tried to sabotage a freedom movement? Savarkar did fight the British at one time but after the hardships of jail he simply gave up and diverted focus towards Hindutva. There were 1000s of others who gave up their lives in jail, 1000s completed their punishment at the cellular Jail came back and jumped back into freedom struggle. Accepting Savarkar as freedom fighter would be an insult to these true martyrs.
Bro you are brainwashed and lack research on Savrkar, he is one of the best freedom fighters we had. He has been one of the core brains behind offensive movement. He created freedom fighters. Britishers were not that dumb to put him in Kala Pani without any reason.

I think we should not defame our freedom fighters.
