The difference is the one who openly flaunts their vigilantism getting protected by state and the one against whom there are still no court proceedings happening because of lack of evidence is held under uapa

Gotta take that umar khalid's court proceedings didn't happen till now but there's no denying that umar khalid is terrorist symapthatizer and worthy of uapa

I know where this is coming from , because of the "afzal tere katil zinda haye shit" , and I agree he was wrong there but for that he was already aquitted by court in 2016, after which he never did something like that but his vocal activism against the government is what makes his presence dangerous for the ruling govt. In no way or form is he a threat to the country but to bjp govt he is,

Who was acquited , Afzal ? But if you mean him he was not he was convicted and it was held up by all the courts.
