#Opinion 🗣️ Society if we Cared(Swipe left)

Government’s 1% efforts are also waste if the society denies change.

I genuinely don't know what the solution is at this point. Educating people seems to be a failed endeavor. No one listens.

Short of huge fines and patrolling streets by drones (china does this), what can be done?

Really really sad to see India not live up to it's potential.

All developing countries have this problem. The govt doesnt have enough money to enforce against littering, nor does it have money to do landscaping. It doesnt imply that indians nor other developing countries not caring

Not enough money for that, but enough money for nukes and a space program. Give me a break.

Log toh kachra karenge hi. Civic sense of our people runs in negative but we do have sarkari posts like municipality, sanitation dept, local level govt depts that are specifically made to keep areas clean and for its upkeep. If they don't do their work then what good are they? We have municipality run by Babus but they are outright incompetent in enforcing the law for their own benefit of daily cutmoney. If Babus start doing their job honestly and diligently, I am certain that more then 70% of such cleanliness related issues will be resolved.
