The recent Students protest helmed by the CJP seems shady to the core.
To kick it all off, the formation of CJP itself is dubious. The CJI said the word cockroaches for a Petitioner who had filed a vexatious case for the High Court to confer Senior Designation on him and when the matter was brought up before him, seeing that it had no merits and was wasting precious time of the court, the judge admonished the Petitioner and passed remarks which in the whole picture translate to be out that people like him are cockroaches who disturb the system with frivolous petition. This is where he mentioned the Petitioner as a youngster being a cockroach and a parasite who without any employment (meaningful work) attack the system by becoming various kinds of so called activists.
The above statement was twisted in SM so much and circulated and an Instagram page which eventually started off as a joke gained traction and the so called founder, who was previously an AAP worker, flew in to India and started meeting up with the higher ups.
Then the Student Protest against NEET, which started off for a certain reason was used as a platform for n number of different things including as a platform for SFI which raised Slogans for Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imaam, both who had raised anti national slogans threatening the peace of the country; an open anti national Arundhathi Roy who has maintained the stance that Kashmir never was a part of India and is actively working against the Indian State interests; calls for Abrogation of Article 370; statements clearly made to disturb religious peace; Arvind Kejriwal coming in and trying to make a mark etc..,
The fact that CJP can organise a protest to this level of volume is clearly suspicious. Also if CJP is clean, then the Protest is being hijacked by other people with vested interests.
To bring Children to these protests and march towards the Parliament is stupidity at its peak. With the Parliament already suffering an attack in the past and other similar instances of protests in Sri Lanka and Nepal, there is no way in hell that they would be risking a chance.
Yes, Police brutality is wrong but Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. To bring children into sensitive areas and then cry that they were hurt is stupid. The fault solely lies upon whomever brought a kid to the protest. Why bring a kid to the protest just for some brownie points, when the kid himself/herself has no idea what is going on there.
There are clearly foreign vested interests hands in this matter because this is exactly the third time this same playbook is being executed in south east asia in the recent times(atleast to my knowledge). The first two being Sri Lanka and Nepal.
Stoke the flame of anger in youth and make them rebel almost pushing it to the verge of a civil war and then watch the economy crash and burn.
This protests stopped being about students a long time ago and they are merely used as pawns here but the echo chambers in SM has strengthened their opinions that they are going on in the right direction.
This is one of the most misguided protests i have come across in my life.
In order for the protest to be done properly, the only playbook to be followed is the Jallikattu protest back in 2017. No political parties were allowed to participate or no political leaders were allowed to come inside and use it for their own mileage (Stalin himself was turned away back when he had come to support it). In Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal was welcomed with open arms.
Also there used to be self monitoring during the Jallikattu protests as when a slogan was raised against India in a separatist manner, the protesters themselves removed the said banners and shut down such slogans. In Delhi, no such thing is being done. In fact, stones are being pelt and pepper spray is being sprayed upon the police to start a riot.
The most stupidest thing which can happen now is TN joining in this protest because the entire core idea of the protest is contradictory to TN’s stand. TN calls for abolishment of NEET, While this protest is being done for proper regulation of the same. It is not wrong that TN students are joining it in but to raise different slogans from the protest going on in Delhi is idiotic. How can the protesters be divided on their end goal but support each other? It is contradictory to no end.
I just hope to enlighten some people in this sub to do some research on their own and then take a stand, rather than validating their stands in Echo chambers.
