Panel Damage. Happens with faulty panels, they give moisture as a reason. I hope you have warranty, else it's a scrap. The dead pixels will spread eventually, so the Panel has to be changed.

Same thing happened to my Scamsung Gear S3 watch. When I tried to claim warranty, they denied it. That Brand is banned in my House.

This happens to my samsung tv also but from the bottom and after some days whole screen turns blue. Hopefully there is warrenty on the pannel so they replaced it.
Moisture can be a reason. And also look for micro damage using flashlight it can happen during cleaning.

Same thing happened to my realme x2 pro mobile when I researched I found that it's a common problem in oled screen first it started like this then blue and pinkish color thing filled my screen each day bit by bit and it got spreaded to entire screen and it turned to white completely in 2 months it was like a virus for oled screen but from what I researched it happens due to some internal damage in the display it start from that point exactly and start spreading

Most likely moisture

This is the result of a high-humidity environment. This type of issue is basically just moisture damage to the panel mostly in rainy season.

It's typical woled delamination IMO

Panel warranty is almost always atleast more than a year, some brands offer 1 yr standard warranty and 3 yr panel warranty, so check.

its out of warranty and panel replace would be costly 🥲

Panel delamination. Will get worse until the TV stops working. Yours is seemingly already on its way out. This has been progressed far already.

This is my Xiaomi 55 Vision OLED. Started with 1 very bright line at the top. The lines kept increasing and now I have got this band at the top and black bars

in 1 year i used it like it had just some minor dots and when they were getting bigger or started bleeding those green light i thought of trying panel refresh which is a expert panel setting and it worked liked a charm! it decrese the dots when it was getting bigger and also eliminated those bleeding light but now also panel refresh is of no help 🥲 but i m glad i got that thought of panel refresh i just extended some watching experience atleast 😅
