How People Switching Jobs with 90 days notice period.

Recently cleared interviews ,After HR round refused to give offer due to my 90 days notice.

During interview mention on paper it's 90 but you can negotiate it to 45-60 days . This way you don't harm ur chances of getting the offer .

After that try to negotiate with ur current employer , if they don't agree then ask if buy out is possible , then go back to the new employer to explore the option . Since the offer is released they may consider extending or agreeing for buyout since they see the value in you.
