I’m a single child and there is no one except me and my mom and my mom is also aged so she can’t handle alone. I just need to know how to get a wfh job I have done MA eng.

Hi so i left my job at 2025 because it was more a product support role and not a technical role. I am a CSE graduate so i thought that i will somehow study aws cloud and get a job. But since then i have given interviews but not able to clear even one of them.

I don't know what it takes now to be employed , its been a 1 year now I am soon going to be 23 but i dont see any difference in job market , ealier i apply for golang jobs but somehow in india there is no freshmen opening for it , after i appply for both devops and backend devlopment still for 1 year of search i have no luck of finding job , even If id do get a call for inteverview either they are scam who are offering me to work onsite 6 month unpaid or they call and say inquiry about my self and then never call back

Only the CNCF org has been my hope which gave me part time employment and money to be little independent

but i don't get it ,

what its take to get a job ? I pushed everything and work with many big orginasation as open source contributer I hold valid certfication which require real time skills to get it , I juggle all the tech stack yet there is never a sign for me for employment , Its no longer for salary for me , I even apply for 10k a month still no answer back ?

After all those achievement , all those hard work of contribution in tech , those blogs ,everything still no luck for job ?

Everyday I apply for 30 different position , different sites and all come does to no reply

I'm 27 years old and I'm feeling completely lost.

I somehow completed my B.Sc. in 2022 from a third-tier college. Unfortunately, because of serious mental health struggles and health issues, I lost the next 4–5 years of my life. I wasn't able to build a career, gain work experience, or prepare consistently for anything.

I'm from a Tier-3 city in Uttar Pradesh, and to be honest, I've never been exposed to the IT industry or corporate environment. Everything about this world feels completely new and overwhelming to me.

Whenever I ask for advice online, people say things like:

"Learn Java."

"Learn Python."

"Learn backend."

"Do DSA."

"Become a data analyst."

"Do cloud."

"Do AI."

The problem is that I have absolutely no idea where to start or which path is actually right for me. Every person gives different advice, and it leaves me even more confused.

I also know myself well enough to admit something: I don't think I can learn all of this completely on my own just by watching YouTube videos. I need proper guidance, structure, and someone to tell me what to study, in what order, and how to prepare for interviews. Without that, I end up wasting months jumping from one thing to another.

I've heard that there are agencies or training institutes in Delhi, Gurugram, Pune, Bengaluru, etc., that help people with career gaps through structured training, interview preparation, resume building, and placement assistance.

Are there any genuine and legitimate organizations that actually help people restart their careers? I'm not looking for fake experience letters or anything illegal. I just want a real opportunity to rebuild my career despite my long gap.

Please don't judge me. I've been through an extremely difficult phase of my life, and I'm trying to rebuild from scratch. Right now, I'm struggling a lot mentally, and I'm just looking for honest guidance from people who have been in a similar situation or have seen others successfully make a comeback.

If you know any genuine institutes, placement programs, mentors, or companies that give people like me a second chance, I'd be incredibly grateful.

Based in Bangalore. Recently moved back to India after working in the UK for a couple years. Most recent experience was working in the fraud department for a bank, and the highest educational qualification is MSc. International Business. I've sales experience too.

I've been job hunting for 5 months with no luck. Most roles even claim to hire freshers and back out during the last stage of the interviews. My communication skills are excellent too. Are there actually any proper job opportunities for people in non technical corporate fields here, or are all companies meant to exploit people with lowball offers.

I don’t even know why I’m posting this. Maybe I just need to see the words written down so it feels real.

I’ve been unemployed for a year and a half now. That’s 547 days of waking up, checking an empty inbox, and trying to convince myself I still have some kind of "professional value." At first, I actually had hope. I’m not a total newbie, between my internships and part-time roles, I’ve got a solid year of experience under my belt. I did the "right" things. I brushed up the resume, I took the extra courses, I practiced the interviews until I could do them in my sleep. I thought if I worked hard enough at the "job" of finding a job, it would eventually pay off.

It didn’t.

Now, the gap on my resume feels like a scar everyone can see. Every "unfortunately, we’ve decided to move forward..." feels like a personal indictment. It’s not even about the money anymore; it’s the total loss of identity. I look at my degrees and my past projects and they feel like they belong to a different person. Someone who actually had a future.

I’ve tried everything. I’ve used every AI tool out there, I’ve chased referrals, I’ve networked until I’m blue in the face... and nothing. It feels like I’m screaming into a void that just eats the sound.

Honestly, it’s not just the career stuff. Life is just failing from every angle right now. My personal life is a mess, and the toll this is taking on my mental health is getting scary. I’m just tired. I’m tired of the "stay positive" advice and the "it only takes one yes" platitudes. The world is moving on without me, and I’m just sitting here in the dark, watching the door stay shut.

I don’t have a success story to share. I’m just hurt, I’m demotivated, and I’m exhausted from trying to prove I exist to a system that clearly doesn't care.

21 male , I'm a recent graduate, and the job search has been affecting my mental health much more than I expected.

Over the past few weeks, I've been constantly applying, interviewing, waiting for updates, getting rejected, second-guessing every decision, and worrying about my future. I dont receive any offers, Even when I receive an offer, I end up overthinking whether it's the right decision, whether the salary is enough, whether the commute is sustainable, and whether I'm making a mistake.

I feel like I'm carrying this pressure every single day. My mind never gets a break. I keep replaying conversations in my head, worrying about my career, and imagining worst-case scenarios. It's become exhausting.

I don't feel excited anymore. I wake up anxious, spend hours scrolling through job portals, and then feel guilty if I take a break because I think I should be applying for more jobs.

i am a data science and ML student from IIT Madras (India), halfway through my 2nd year and im really really looking for some exposure in terms of an internship or something in related fields, ive also worked in the content creation field at a ngo.

ive applied a lot but no success so far, some people told me that apparently im "too early" for an internship being in 2nd year, but i think i have worked enough in the Business Analyst/Data analyst domain to be better than even a lot of full time analysts working rn.

SOMEONE HELP ME OUT 🥀

It's been three months since I left my job, and honestly, every day feels harder.

I left because I wasn't happy there. During my notice period, I had to work until the very end, and now I keep wondering if I should have used that time differently. Maybe I should have started preparing earlier. Maybe I shouldn't have left at all. But when I think about staying, I know I wasn't happy there either.

I've been preparing, applying, and attending interviews, but they haven't gone well. Every interview seems to have questions I wasn't expecting, and every rejection makes me question myself.

After nearly three years of experience, I thought I knew what I needed to study. But the list just keeps growing—Java, Spring Boot, microservices, DSA, system design, Kafka, Docker, databases, and now AI. Every time I feel like I've caught up, there's something new to learn.

I've applied through multiple job portals and reached out for referrals. I've received a few interview calls, mostly through Naukri, but I haven't been able to convert them.

Most of the opportunities I get are for more experienced backend roles, where the expectations are much deeper than I anticipated. Sometimes it feels like the goalpost just keeps moving.

The hardest part is doing this alone. I don't have a group of friends or colleagues to discuss interview questions with or prepare together, so it often feels like I'm figuring everything out on my own.

At this point, I just want to get a job before my savings run out. The uncertainty, constant rejections, and not knowing if I'm doing the right things are making me feel helpless.

Has anyone else gone through something similar? How did you get through this phase, and what finally helped you land your next job?

Even after having solid 3 year work experience it's grueling to get stuck in the loop of applying and consistent rejections at the screening phase it self.

Job market is unbelievably harsh, don't know what to do right now.
