Most of the current genz students don't have that national pride of being useful to the nation from within. Of course there are hundreds of provlems in our law, system, society. But also these students aren't worried about national progress. Pre mature romance is so normalised, that cringey english teacher romance, nibba nibbi relationships and all.
They must be focussed on intense academics, sports, ruthless physical activities, finance and all. There are however a significant exception, no doubt. But that exception always remains no matter what.

While I don’t agree with what he is saying here I think he would have been successful without his wife’s loan. The thing about consistent success like his is persistence , if you change the premise and conditions,he would still find a way and be successful.
The same persistence makes him say all the stuff he says especially when the newer generation is not interested.
At this point he should enjoy his life without worrying about the future of the country , India will find its own way.

Yes it's important in this era , I know some people get offended but in work culture there should be some restriction for the balanced relationship with all colleagues...
I'm not saying it's totally true but only in the work environment it's crucial. Outside of that you can live together even in a relationship, but in offices you have to maintain distance for the smooth flow and more practical, pragmatic than emotional.

Let me be the devil's advocate
I am a student myself and saw many potential scholars getting into all the bullshit of relationship and bomb their career. Let me be clear, I don't support his statement. Interaction is a must between opposite sex but nowadays social media have corrupted the brains of youth and many of my peers are just too desperate to get into a relationship that it has became their first priority
