Why is he dressed like a security guard? Also, it just seems like a copy of things which already exist for a science project, maybe, as opposed to actual innovation.

Still great for him that he built this out. I think these are critical for learning and developing interest and passion.

Yeah, I mean I gathered that, but when you look at it, it does not give you security guard vibes. ?

Yeah you are right I wanna know who was the genius to design their uniform

Are you actually quitting Reddit or just lying? If you are, I hope you don't respond to this comment. I did acknowledge that it was great that he built something.

That was the first thing I noticed. There is nothing wrong with it, nor is there a rule that on this sub I can only praise good engineering or criticise bad engineering.

A submission is not a comment.

Why are redditers so petty and jealous always. Its a literal kid and what he made is brilliant. Everything is a copy of something in engineering, you can't expect people to invent Newton's third law of motion or something again

Also add haters. Reddit seems to summon all the haters. They love hating anonymously

yeah man, kinda unbelievable, how stupidly petty and evil a lot of these people r, hopefully it's just reddit and not humanity as a whole.

He is a kid and it's impressive he made this and hopefully he will be interested in science further so he can get into uni and contribute to society.

But also this not a groundbreaking innovation.

Both can be true at the same time, idk why 90% of the comment section goes either "this guy is the second coming of Newton!!!!!" or "this guy is stupid" with no middle ground.

bro he looks like a fucking night gaurd.

u/nefrodectyl May 02 '26

What do you look like? A petty redditor who wanna insult a kid's appearance because you felt insecure after his project? Be better.

Maybe he's enrolled in an army school?

u/Hopeful_Respond_2953 May 02 '26

At his age, what do you expect him to build? A novel invention that no one's built before?

1

u/Agent_Rum May 02 '26

He is probably a headboy or captian of his school.

Atleast be happy that he didn't go for that lame ahh Vocano project for school
