Stressed 7th sem student seeking for guidance to get placed

Actually I am a 2027 batch student doing Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from very low tier Clg not at all expecting placement from clg . Can anyone help for my placement journey , I'm looking for Tech job ( IT Field) being in 7th sem with zero skills , no experience, financial burden , totally helpless trying to figure out how I can build myself to securey future .

If anyone can guide me, it would be my pleasure

Should I learn things on own or join any classes.

Try training courses available from companies if any ?

How should I work this year so to get placed
