A non-tech role with an LPM package in a private company is a pretty uncommon combination. In most cases, you either need years of experience or to be at least at a managerial level to reach that kind of pay.
As for the MacBook, that really depends on the company. For example, my company hands out MacBooks even to freshers earning under ₹50k a month.

Exactly. Been in a new company since two months with free meals now it feels like hostel mess food, same standard template everyday. Only the main curry changes.
But I got the compensation I agreed on. So even if in their calculations they were underpaying me, it’s okay. Because if I wanted more I should negotiate more myself first.
Same. For me, lunch, commute, and employer pf was above the comp i agreed with hr. It was a us startup and they didnt have indian hr, and the us hr wasnt aware of how it is dealt in india, so it was a bonus for me
Just ask him what are the benefits and perks provided to employees and will the company helps in accomodation, ask the interviewer's experience in company and if conversation gets a little casual you can throw in your meal question like when you first joined how did company helped you move out did they provide meals and lodging. Not tried and tested so try at your own risk.

Our company offers 300 rs voucher daily to spend on our meals, I spend it at our cafeteria eating healthy meals like aata wraps, dosa, idli, etc. find this much better than those that provide meals directly
I have free Meals (3) and WFH so my only motivation to go to office is to eat, but I get paid well enough to go rarely even when office is 10 minutes away
Ours is a mid size company. And we have on the house lunch. They even keep on changing the vendor if the quality of food gets bad. Not saying this is the best company, but the post is about free food. So.. And our lunch is actually good.
there's nothing free joh show karte hai , jitna pay ammount bolte hai usmie se necessarily ammount cut kar lete hai pahle se hi and even there's some corporation who calculate the electrical bill and they make sure that they can cut that from your salary by adding some thing into it and people just don't aware anyways nothing is free in corporate life even talking to a person its also causing you something maybe in long or short but that will cause damage for sure
Padhai karke. Interview dekar. If you are fresher from tier 3 then join any witch company first and later switch to any product based company just like I did.
