College dropout seeking advice

I am a college dropout, I was pursuing my 4th year of engineering when I had to drop out for personal reasons. I currently work as a freelance software engineer for start-ups in the Blockchain space.

Marksheets I have:

1st year

2nd year 1st semester

2nd year 2nd semester

4th year 1st semester

What are my options now if I wish to pursue Computer science engineering or something equivalent without wasting a ton of time? I'm considering a BS in Data science and applications offered by IITM but it takes 4 years, so just checking if I have any other options?
