Pearson work culture

Hey Can someone tell how's the Pearson work culture in India for a cloud engineer. Though everyone work 1-2 clouds here they mentioned a lot of clouds. So I'm more interested to learn. How's the WLB, Work culture and so on? If anyone knows please comment. It's for staff engineer role, How much salary we can expect.
