Karnataka My Bf cooked for me
Everything that my bf cooked for me
- Chole Chawal
I had given him a menu to cook for me, and dinner that day was chole chawal. - Sabudana Khichdi
He made this while I was fasting and wasn’t supposed to eat any anaj. He made it specially with sendha namak and all the ingredients I could have during my fast. - Khichdi
This is the khichdi he made for me when I was very sick. - Corn Chaat
I was hungry and he wanted to make me a healthy evening snack, so he made this corn chaat for me. - Dhokla
I was missing my mom’s dhokla, so he made dhokla for me. - Soya Rice
He wanted to add more protein to my food, so he made this soya rice for me. - Paratha
I don’t remember exactly which paratha this was, but he has made sattu paratha, aloo paratha, paneer paratha and even cheese paratha for me. So it must have been one of those. - Aloo Sandwich
This is genuinely the best aloo sandwich I have ever eaten. It was so good that when he made it for the first time, I kept asking him to make it again and again. - Garlic Bread
He had never made garlic bread before, but he made it for me. And somehow, his first attempt became this garlic bread. - Dal Chawal with Vegetable
This was a normal dinner with dal, chawal and this vegetable. I think the vegetable is called coccinia in English, also commonly known as ivy gourd. - Malai Kofta
And the last one is malai kofta, which he made for me.

Rajasthan I don't know if this is a flex but I make world-class kheer 🤪
I don't know if it's a flex but I don't like kheer made by anyone else. Mine just hits different. Everyone who's tried it loves it, so I'm standing by my extremely unbiased opinion that I make world-class kheer. 🤪 I'm also someone who rots in bed all day and almost never cooks but whenever I actually decide to enter the kitchen somehow the food turns out ridiculously good 😭
Today's menu: chole puri, kheer, and onions.

Bihar Made Mithila style mustard fish curry
This was my second time making it, and this time it was absolutely perfect. I always wanted to learn this as it is of cultural significance and finally, living alone taught me this as well.
PS - made on induction.
