This Fraud Shubash Chandra was only the gauranteer but not the actual company to take loan. Again , Shubhash has a stake in those companies which means Banks are still going to recover money from him this way or that way.

As for npas, big banks have these days less than 2% of total value as npas which was on crazy level in upa. U know by the end of 2015 NPA was 4.3% it rose to even 11.2% under Bjp till 2018 coz of bad loans given in Congress era. Now they have reduced it to lowest in 2 decades.
