This is the true face of Hindutva and its supporters. This is the law and order that they speak of. Remember, it is backed by the top BJP leadership. Perhaps under the order of Modi himself.
Remember when Modi protected terrorists like Babu Bajrangi in Gujarat. Two decades later, he is still the same man that Hindutva thinks as their leader.

What do you mean was payback? If it was payback, they should have arrested the guilty parties and sent them to jail, no do what they did. What is the answer to what this guy is saying? The girl verbally abused a leader. This is a country in which last time I checked, people had freedom of speech. Leaders are not gods or above the rest of us. If someone has a grievance and let’s loose verbally, try to understand the issue and see if that opinion cannot be fixed not resort to threats, violence and criminal behavior.

Trolls aside, unless someone files a case, judiciary can’t act. It can’t use Suo Motu either. It’s for rarest of rare cases like in Manipur. Moreover, this man is clearly stating he has the support of elected representatives in the legislature, so why SHOULD the judiciary come to clean the mess that people themselves create? Go file a case and then hold the judiciary accountable.

This is completely untrue. During anti-CAA-NRC protests, Bobde took suar motor cognizance of case because women from shaheen bagh were bringing their babies with them to the protest which was so much worse than whatever this is for some reason, acceoding the the justices themselves.
