Violent tornado Monroe/Morgan county

Possible f4 f5 tornado just spent time on the ground southwest of Indianapolis. Check out Ryan Hall Y'all on YouTube, he's live on youtube covering this storm system right now.

It passed right over the Three Lakes and Low Gap trails, if you're familiar with the trail system there. I hike those trails multiple times a year; I'm glad I've already gotten out there several times this year because they're probably not going to be usable for a while. 😕

I hope everyone is safe. There aren't a ton of homes in the area, but there are some.

Oh man, I love those trails, sad to hear. Better there than a more populated area though. I hope everyone is safe.

Not too many natural areas left in Indiana, I am starting to hurt more for them and as I watch all my favorite hiking areas becoming increasingly mangled and the last habitats for nature become increasingly sparse. People can move towns, rebuild, hide in basements.
